To make a booking please email or phone us - we will be able to give you an approximate costing for your requirements and will then send you a booking form to complete which, when returned, will enable us to calculate a full costing.

The basic information you will need when making a booking is;

• Venue - if this is somewhere we have not used before we will carry out a health and safety check on the room to be used.
• Date - if it's a wedding booking a £30 deposit is required to secure the date.
• Age and number of children - this enables us to calculate the carer/child ratio, there is a statutory minimum of 2 carers. Having an idea of children's ages also means we can start planning what equipment we take with us.
• Timings - our minimum booking time is 1 and a half hours; we ask that 15 mins set up and pack away time is included either side of the crèche.

We don't expect all these details to be finalised weeks in advance and will continue working with you on any changes right up until the date of the crèche.

Any child that we care for has to have a completed Child Registration Form; we will either supply these to the booking organisation or direct to parents ahead of the crèche date wherever possible to make the checking in process on the day as quick and straightforward as possible!
